“Stupid Boy”: Open Chats Podcaster Unleashes Fiery Rant Against Cassper In Ongoing Feud. A storm is brewing in South African entertainment circles as Open Chats Podcaster fired back at rapper Cassper Nyovest with an explosive verbal takedown, calling him “narcissistic,” “selfish,” and “a taker,” amid their escalating public feud.

“Stupid Boy”: Open Chats Podcaster Unleashes Fiery Rant Against Cassper In Ongoing Feud

The drama was reignited after the podcaster previously labelled Cassper as “selfish” on an episode of Open Chats, prompting a response from the Tsholofelo hitmaker, who acknowledged the comment by saying, “Clearly you got a voice… People are asking me about what you said. So really dope.”

But things have taken a far sharper turn. In a scathing monologue, the podcaster didn’t hold back: “He’s narcissistic, he’s selfish, he’s a taker. Why is he the only one people always have issues with? MacG has a gwan with Cassper, AKA had a gwan with Cassper, Riky Rick had a gwan with Cassper, Emtee and A-Reece—they had a gwan with Cassper, now it’s me.”

The podcaster argued that Nyovest should take a moment of introspection instead of reacting defensively to critique: “Doesn’t it hit his head to think that something’s wrong that he is doing? I’ve given Cassper his flowers so many times—even people know it. That one time I said I think you are selfish, now he’s attacking me. Haah, stupid boy.”

Perhaps the most biting remark came when the podcaster said Cassper gave off the energy of “that uneducated guy who likes arguing, saying ‘at least I’m rich.’ That’s the only argument you can say.”

The tension appears to stem from a deeper issue about respect and ego in the hip-hop community, as Cassper’s initial reply implied a degree of mentorship: “You are a young boy, and you are trying to get to where I am. If you want advice, I can give you advice. That’s definitely not the way to do it.”

But the podcaster seems to want no mentorship—only accountability. He drew parallels between himself and a long list of industry figures who’ve reportedly had fallouts with Cassper, suggesting a pattern: “MacG, AKA, Riky Rick, Emtee, A-Reece… They all had issues with Cassper. Now it’s me. Are we all the problem?”
